Shipping

Where possible, all of my deliveries are fulfilled by Royal Mail and I ship throughout the world.
 
I aim to deliver your order within 3-5 working days, from the day of dispatch.

UK SHIPPING

Shipping costs are calculated based on your basket weight total. Exceptional delivery charges - I reserve the right to vary the standard shipping on certain items which are unusually high in weight, volume or value.

INTERNATIONAL shipping

I ship parcels to customers throughout the world, wherever possible. If you have any queries or concerns please contact me. If I do not ship to your country please get in touch and I will be happy to see what I can do for you. Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery to Europe, and up to 28 working days for delivery to the rest of the world (Worldwide).

Please also note your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, applied when the delivery reaches that destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes and for complying with any laws relating to the import of your Products. This will also apply to EU orders after 1st July 2021.
 
Any orders over 5kg in weight, please contact me for shipping costs.

RETURNS & Exchanges

I have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If, for any reason, you need to return received goods to me, please let me know within seven working days why you wish to return the item(s) by emailing me at prehistoricsparkle@gmail.com I will then be in touch to make suitable arrangements.

I will notify you once I have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Damaged or FAULTY GOODS

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the goods you receive, please email us in the first instance, with your details and a summary of the fault to prehistoricsparkle@gmail.com and I will contact you to make suitable arrangements to either refund the sale or replace the faulty goods.
