When can I expect to RECEIVE my order?

All order are dispatched within 1-3 working days of ordering. Depending on your country of destination please allow 10 working days for arrival of your order. If it has not arrived after 10 working days please contact me and I will do my best to track the order.

My order arrived damaged or broken, what should I do?

If you order has arrived damaged or broken, please contact me with an image of your damaged product and whether you would like a replacement or a refund.

Unfortunately despite my best efforts to protect plaster casts with protective packaging sometimes they can become damaged in transit.

What type of paint works best on the plaster casts?

Any type (including watercolour, poster, acrylic & gouache) of paint will work on the plaster casts, but if you are hoping for bright and vivid colours like my photos acrylic paint is the most suitable.

How long will it take foe my plaster cast to dry?

Not as long as you think! They dry very quickly (minutes), if you are worried about mixing colours wait about 5 minutes between colours.

How can I keep /make my plaster cast last longer?

Plaster casts are porous by nature and can absorb liquids that come in to contact with them and can also become fragile over time. Use an air dry clay lacquer or sealant to protect it if you would like it to last longer. Clear nail polish works just as well if you don’t have any sealant.
